What do I do with conflicting emotions?

That’s pretty doggone typical when the conscious and subconscious fight it out. I talk about it in the online course, “Meet the Infinite You—8 Step Master Roadmap to Personal Freedom.”

The short answer is: Keep the emotions you like. Use Divine Light Vibrations transform the ones you don’t like.

If you have conflicting emotions about one particular subject (person, event, or concept)—and you want to go deeper—do this:

  • Do the Basic Activation of Divine Light Vibrations guided meditation.
  • Give all your emotions to the Unconditional Love of Divine Light Vibrations.
  • Ask for them to be transformed into inner peace and illumination.
  • Then ask within, “What’s the best course of action for my highest good and the highest good of all involved?”

The key to this isn’t necessarily the wording, but that you LET GO and are willing to hear your Divine Soul’s guidance. In effect, you’re asking to know what’s the highest good for all, and not necessarily what your human ego-intellect thinks is needed.
