Why do I feel more when I inhale?

“I feel more things when I inhale…. not only on my exhale.  I am letting it go for right now, but should I focus elsewhere? You mentioned that the giving and receiving both happen on the exhale.”

That’s pretty normal at the beginning, which is why I tell you to try to feel more on the exhale. That’s where the expansion occurs. That’ll make sense the more you practice… and the more you relax into it.

Once you re-condition yourself to experience your exhale differently, you’ll find that you naturally move towards your heart of hearts and Divine Soul’s vibrational love. Bit by bit.

Also, at the beginning, people have a tendency to concentrate on first the giving (to the earth, the heavens, the universe) and then the receiving.

With practice and the further you get into your heart space, you’ll start to discern the two-way movement.**

Be sure to get the Basic Activation of Divine Light Vibrations guided meditation v2.0 in Waymakers Academy. It comes with a step-by-step mini-course on how to maximize your results. **It’s really important that you learn to feel the two-way flow. It’s key to hearing your Divine Soul’s vibrational communication. Of course, once you start getting concrete results, you’ll trust the process a lot more. Still, discerning that two-way flow is key for all kinds of applications in using Divine Light for your highest good and the highest good of all involved.

If you want to know more about how to hear your Divine Soul’s guidance, you’re going to want the online course, “Meet the Infinite You—8 Step Master Roadmap to Personal Freedom.”
