What’s a spiral of expanded consciousness?

All of life grows in a spiral. You might remember from your High School geometry classes the Fibonacci mathematical sequence that moves in a spiral. If you do, apply it to your personal growth and you’ll see the pattern.

If not, no worries, we’ll go another route in explaining it.

Have you ever seen photos of our universe? It’s a spiral. Or a flower? Its petals grow in a spiral.

Your knowledge grows in a spiral, too. You don’t necessarily have to map it out, but it will make sense to you with practice. That’s why you can hold a new piece of information that doesn’t make sense when its first revealed to you and then, voila’, it will snap into focus. You came full spiral on that piece of information and it flowers into illumination.

As you continue your journey into your heart knowledge by releasing outdated belief systems about yourself and the world you live in, you’ll experience yourself differently and more things will snap into new focus. Eventually, once you drop all the way into your innermost chamber of the heart, you’ll look back and see it happened in a kind of exponential spiral.

For now, just trust the process to the best of your ability.
